Position Overview

The physician will lead the launch and growth of a new outpatient Obstetrics & Gynecology practice, with the freedom to shape clinical focus, workflows, and long-term direction. Working alongside BayCare’s OB Hospitalist team, the role maintains a strong outpatient emphasis with optional participation in surgeries and C‑sections. You will also play a key role in BayCare’s developing Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program by mentoring residents, contributing to quality and safety initiatives.

Practice Environment

The outpatient office is fully equipped for LEEP, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, on‑site ultrasound, and other gynecologic procedures.
